Designed with a total quality perspective, it guarantees that all PVC profiles conform to the company's exact standards and ensures easy and accurate assembly of the window and patio door systems.
This program consists of a battery of tests certifying that each product meets
the following criteria :
- Geometric perfection of the profile
- PVC performance
- Performance of finished product
Product profiles are tested both in the laboratory and on-line at the time of production to be absolutely sure of performance. Then, run samples are submitted to further testing in order to certify their functional performance and check their longevity and ‘weatherability’ in the field.
At Thermoplast, concerns about quality are shared by all employees within the context of an ongoing improvement program in accordance with the ISO 9001-2000 international norms.
